Good Health Tips from Ancient Chinese
Dear readers,
Today I will share with you some good health tips I learned from the Ancient Chinese, which also does enhance your sex life. It was taught to me by a Chinese master. These are easy-to-do everyday activities, which you can do anytime and anywhere. There is no special equipment needed.
Dr. Fard came lately to me, where he complained about stiffness in his body and if I could give him a full body massage, yeah sure that old Fard!!! So I decided to write this article to help him out. And as The Joker asked me to write something different, tada, here I go.
Today it is quite in the office anyway, The Joker went to a business meeting with Moonbucks coffeehouse, they seem to be very interested to provide us with their coffee and advertise with us being our sponsor writing reviews and more. Well as long I get my good tea as well, and some bonus chocolates, I am all ok with that.

Improving Your Health!
Improving your health has nothing to do with luck, but it has everything to do with continuous effort at keeping health risks at bay. Making a consistent effort every day, is the key here.
You may say, your day is packed full, you have no time for a health routine. Well, what if there is no need for you to commit extra time? Just continue with your regular activities and just fit the tips in between “idle time”. Would that work for you?
Idle times to use the good health tips
- Advertisement time between TV programs
- Lazing around in bed when waking up
- Waiting at a red traffic light or similar
- Personal hygiene time
- Waiting for water to boil and other odd timings
Often these are the times, when we feel impatient so as to get on to the “more important” stuff. Why not make full use of these idle times and kick up your health meter.
It is not difficult at all to find time for your health routine. Now let’s go on to those 5 good health tips.
5 Simple Daily Good Health Tips
1. Comb your hair and massage your scalp
Benefits: Increases blood circulation to your brain, the most important organ of our body. Combing your hair and massaging your scalp in the process will clear up your mind and perhaps give you a better clarity of thoughts.
Method:
Comb 20 times from front to back, including the sides, making sure to cover the entire scalp area.
(1) From front to back – Comb your hair as you normally do. Comb them gently, make sure not to break any strands nor force your way through any tangles.
(2) From back to front – Turn your head down, stretch your neck as far as you can and start to comb from back to front.
(3) Comb the sides – Pay attention to both sides.
2. Press this triangular area X number of times a day
Look at your hands with palms facing downwards. Have you ever taken note of this area between your thumb and your forefinger? The Chinese called this area “the mouth of the tiger”.
Do not underestimate this little triangular area, pressing this area has several amazing benefiting health effects.
Benefits:
(1) Relieves headaches and tensions. It provides a quick fix when you are experiencing slight headaches and tensions around the forehead. If your headaches are caused by a chronic condition, it would be advisable to consult professional medical help.
(2) Stuck somewhere and couldn’t get to a toilet in time? It’s high tide and you feel your dam’s about to burst? This is another quick fix which will slightly reduce your urgency to visit the toilet, but not for long, so you still need to be quick about it.
Method: Pinch this area between your thumb and forefinger of the other hand, with enough pressure to feel a little bit of pain, but not so painful that you could not bear it.
There is no limit as to how many times you can do this. You can press it, when the occasion arises, or even when you just feel like to it. It will promote general health.
3. Massage your ears and earlobes
There are more than 100 acupuncture spots located on the ear, and regularly massaging your ears will do wonders to boost your health and keep sickness at bay.
Benefits:
- Increases blood circulation
- Strengthens the kidney
- Improve hearing and hearing problems like tinnitus and syrigmus
Method: Use your thumbs and forefingers on your both ears and earlobes and any part of the outer ear you can reach with your bare fingers. Now continuously rub your ears between your fingers for 3-5 minutes. You can do this when you wake up and at night when you are preparing to go to sleep.
4. Bite your teeth
This is a way to keep your gums and teeth healthy and is even known to put a shine on your skin. It is said that even Emperor Qianlong from the Qing Dynasty practised this. For the record, he is the only emperor who has the longest life (he lived up to age 89) in Chinese history.
Benefits: Aids in cleanliness and whitening of teeth, improves the kidney function, increase the production of saliva which helps in food digestion
Method: Bite your teeth together in a clapping motion with appropriate strength (not too hard not too slight) and moderate speed. Do this 20 times a day.
Points to note:
(1) Do this when you are at rest and feeling relaxed
(2) Bite but not chew. Clap your upper and lower teeth together without moving them around
5. Toilet exercise
This last one is difficult to describe but it’s pretty easy to do, when you know how. The next time you go to the toilet, try out the exercise.
Oh what is that? Ah there you are Saussi & Peppi, yes you are just in time to join in. Now tell me why are you both so much interested in this exercise? Oh you, I see you love to enjoy some bathing, before you do your thing? Well go on, I will explain you how this exercise can work for you too, yes, thank you, you too.
Benefits: Exercising this “special muscle” which we rarely thought of, or you may not even be aware off, that we have it, it has some special effects.
(1) Prevent pee leakage. Troubled by middle-of-the-night visits to the toilet? Or sometimes not making it in time? Try this.
(2) Enhance your sex life. This one you definitely have to try it out to know for sure!
Method for Saussi & Peppi:
When you are in the toilet, you know how sometimes you have to contract some muscles to get your stuff out and push it through the pipe system of the toilet as this method is much easier for you two and saves us spilling water.
Now that’s the muscle you have to work on. Identifying this muscle is the first step of your exercise.
Keep on trying until you will find out, which one it is.

There came a sound out of the toilet that sounded like a water battle with 2 little kids bickering at each other all the time.

What do you mean you did not touch my you know what? No there is no one else in here! No not that I know off, wait you little crappy piece of meat slug, here take that! BHAM!!!
Peppi
Aaargh, heeeelp, I can’t swim, blubblbleeheelp…..
And with that kick Saussi kicked Peppi down the pipes hearing Peppi yelling for help, because he apparently cannot swim?

Saussi, now look what you did, poor Peppi, he cannot swim, go go go, dive and save him!
Saussi in a kind of shock
I didn’t know that! He never told me! We always play water-ball in here, and he never complained about anything, alright then let me get him quickly.
And like that Saussi swam behind Peppi in a desperate try to catch him at his legs saving him from being sucked into the deep of toilet waste land. Can he save Peppi?
For all others here, you can do the same exercise, just please do not go into the toilet. So while Saussi is trying to save Peppi, here is what you do next:
Once you have found it, every time you go to the toilet, contract it.
The Chinese believe, that doing these things in moderation will come with benefits in the long run rather than “quick and fast”! So go on, step by step a little boost to your contraction each and every day into building our good health in the long run.

Saussi and Peppi ran inside and the door closed behind them.

Always great to visit this site. This was an interesting post to read. I will be trying some of these life hacks you shared with us. I find the one about pressing down on the palms the most interesting, I massage my hands all the time and stretch them since I’m always typing on my phone or laptop or making art. But to find out that it helps when you really need to “go” is really interesting. Thanks for all the advice.
